As a therapist, my goal is to support and empower my clients through the process of reducing any obstacles in their lives. I believe that there is no concern too embarrassing or scary that we would not be able to take on together.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), amongst many others. In my practice, I have extensively worked with clients who suffered from trauma, substance use disorders, depression and anxiety.

My goal is not to fix, change or solve, but rather to empower, enlighten and support you on your journey to achieve your goals. I believe in creating a comfortable and non-judgmental safe space that fosters collaboration and personal growth. Seeking therapy can be difficult but you don’t have to go through it alone.
I have worked extensively with clients who deal with depression and anxiety; as well as clients who have experienced trauma, personality or mood disorders, addiction and dual disorders, and clients who deal with intrusive and negative thoughts.

Your mental well-being is my passion. As a mental health counselor LP, I am committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and supportive space for my clients. I believe that there is not a “one size fits all” approach to therapy; therefore, I utilize an eclectic approach to best address each client’s unique needs and goals. I am proficient in evidence-based practices, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of psychology with my clients and aim to help them gain insight into their emotions, learn healthy coping skills, develop tools to achieve their personal goals, and improve their self-esteem. My goal is to empower my clients throughout their journey in pursuing positive mental health.
